Cancellation and Refund Conditions
CANCELLATION AND INTERRUPTION AMOUNTS:
Except for promotional and non-cancellable reservations, the following conditions apply:
a-) Your finalized reservation; In case of cancellation 21 days or more before the entry date, the full payment will be refunded to you.
b-) Your reservation; In case of cancellation 10 days or more before your check-in date, 50% of the total accommodation amount will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
c-) If your reservation is canceled until the check-in date is 7 days or longer, 75% of the total accommodation amount will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
d-) If your reservation is canceled within 3 days or less of your check-in date, no payment will be refunded and the date cannot be changed.
e-) For payments made by credit card, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting the transaction fee.
